These terms and conditions govern access to and use of shopea.me (hereinafter also the Website or the Service), the service that synchronizes online stores and marketplaces with invoicing software. By registering or using the Service, the User declares that they have read and accept them.
In accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner of shopea.me is:
Information on how we process personal data is available in the Privacy policy, and information on cookies in the Cookie policy (in Spanish).
This is a translation of the Spanish version, which shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.
shopea.me connects to the User's invoicing software (hereinafter, ERP) and to their online stores or marketplaces to keep them synchronized. Depending on the settings the User chooses for each store, the Service copies orders and customers to the ERP, updates stock in the store and synchronizes products, variations, categories, attributes and prices. The available features depend on each platform and are described in the guides on how shopea.me works.
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals who use it in the course of their commercial activity.
To use the Service, the User must create an account with truthful information and keep it up to date. The User is responsible for keeping their access credentials safe and for all activity carried out from their account.
To connect the ERP and the stores, the User must install or activate the Shopeame plugin and provide the access keys or authorizations required by each platform. The User guarantees that they are authorized to connect those systems and may revoke access at any time from the platform itself or by disconnecting the store. The ERP must be reachable from the internet for the Service to connect to it.
shopea.me does not charge a fee per store or per product. The Service is paid for with blocks: each effective synchronization consumes blocks as explained on the block consumption page. If there are no changes to synchronize, no blocks are consumed.
The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the law, these terms and the conditions of the platforms they connect. In particular, the User shall not:
The User is responsible for the settings of each store (start date, warehouse, series, synchronization direction, payment methods, automatic invoicing and other options), and for reviewing the data the Service copies to their ERP and stores, especially documents with tax implications. Keeping backups of the ERP and the stores is recommended.
shopea.me works to keep synchronization running and publishes the status of its services in real time. However, the Service depends on third-party systems —the ERP, hosting, stores, marketplaces and their APIs— that may fail, change or restrict access. Therefore, shopea.me does not guarantee that synchronization will be uninterrupted or completed within a specific time, and may temporarily suspend it for maintenance, for security reasons or when errors occur in the connected systems.
When an order or a product cannot be synchronized, the Service logs it and notifies the User so that they can review it. shopea.me shall not be liable for damages arising from failures or changes in third-party systems, from incorrect settings or from incorrect data provided by the User or by the connected platforms. In any case, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the liability of shopea.me is limited to the amount paid by the User for blocks purchased in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to it.
To provide the Service, shopea.me processes personal data of the User's customers, such as the data included in orders (name, address, contact details and tax details). With regard to that data, the User is the controller and FACTURACITY SL acts as processor, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. In this capacity, FACTURACITY SL undertakes to:
The software, designs, texts and trademarks of shopea.me belong to FACTURACITY SL or its licensors. Using the Service does not grant the User any rights over them beyond what is necessary to use it. The data of the User, their stores and their ERP remain their property.
The User may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting their stores or deactivating the plugin in their ERP. shopea.me may suspend or cancel the access of a User who breaches these terms. ERP connections that have not connected to the Service for more than six months may also be removed.
shopea.me may amend these terms and conditions to adapt them to changes in the Service or in the law. Relevant changes will be notified to Users before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date implies acceptance of the new terms.
For any questions about the Service, the User can get in touch through the channels listed on the contact page.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Alicante (Spain), unless applicable law establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions were last updated on 2 November 2026.
